The culmination of an extraordinary journey

"My name is Eiko OSAKADA, I am a Sushi Master trained in Tokyo! I opened a Japanese takeaway restaurant in Baule! It's good, isn't it?"

This is roughly what you will hear the day you meet Eiko, a woman of action and passion.

She is an atypical character with an international background (USA, Singapore, Japan), she settled in France 24 years ago. Trilingual: French, English and Japanese, went to Canada for 4 years, but with the pandemic, she understood that her passion was cooking. "I took charge of my life, left my role as Logistics Director of my husband's company, and returned to Japan to follow training at the prestigious TOKYO SUSHI ACADEMY school in order to obtain the coveted title of SUSHI MASTER ,” she likes to say... “Everyone can do it! and now it’s my husband who works for me!”

Determined to make her dream come true, she came to Baule (45), between Beaugency and Meung-sur-Loire, in November 2022. She opened her company in May 2023.

“From now on, I know that nothing can happen to me anymore because I am happy to share this passion with you, to present the best of Japanese cuisine.”
